Kilmartin Town Centre Apartments & Duplexes

HighQ delivered a complete drylining fit-out covering internal walls and the internal face of the external walls. Internal partitions were built with metal stud, board, and insulation, while the external walls were lined on the inside with insulation, a membrane, and metal framing with board finish. The scope also included grounds, fire-rated beam encasements to protect structural steel, and MF suspended ceilings to complete the interior spaces.
