What We Do
We cover the full range of interior fit-out work — partitions, ceilings, flooring, tiling, painting, and all the finishing touches that pull a space together. It all started with drylining, and that same attention to detail carries through everything we do. We work as a labour-only subcontractor supporting main contractors on large builds, as well as on a supply-and-fit basis, and we also take on projects directly for property owners: homes, businesses, and office fit-outs across Dublin and beyond.

Drylining
Metal stud partitions — Think of this as the frame behind an interior wall. We put up a lightweight metal structure and cover it with boards to build the wall. There are a few varieties depending on the job: standard 70mm C-stud for typical office or room partitions, or SFS heavy-duty stud for taller walls, or ones that need to carry more load or achieve higher fire and acoustic ratings.
Suspended ceilings — A ceiling that hangs below the real structural ceiling, held up by a grid system, hiding wires and ducts while giving easy access above. The two most common types are SAS ceilings (a visible grid with drop-in tiles, easy to lift out for access) and MF ceilings (a hidden metal framework with plasterboard fixed on top, giving a smooth, seamless finish with no visible grid).
Plastering — The smooth, finished coating applied to walls and ceilings so they're ready to paint or decorate. This can range from a skim finish over plasterboard (a thin smoothing coat) to full wet plastering or one-coat render, depending on the surface and finish quality required.
Tape & jointing — Covering the seams and screw holes between boards with tape and filler so the wall or ceiling looks like one continuous surface. This is usually done to different finish "levels", a basic level for areas that will be tiled or hidden, up to a high-grade smooth finish for walls that will be painted and clearly visible.
Insulation — Material fitted inside walls, ceilings, or floors for comfort and efficiency. The type used depends on the goal: thermal insulation (rigid board or mineral wool) to manage heat, acoustic insulation to reduce noise between rooms, or fire-rated insulation to meet fire safety requirements.
